Timothy Cooper

Timothy G. Cooper, was born in Ontario, Canada in 1954. He received the B. Mus. and M.Mus. degrees from the University of Toronto, and a DMA from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Cooper has been teaching music education at the University of New Brunswick in eastern Canada since 1978. He also serves as a choral conductor, singer, saxophonist, accompanist, and has worked for many years as a church organist. His compositions have all been written with specific people or ensembles in mind. He is happily married to Susan Bleakney.
