Product Overview
I wrote Eight Characteristic Pieces for Piano in 2015. Each selection is inspired by a composer whom I admire. You should become familiar with the music of these composers and “channel” them as you play. However, I also encourage your individuality. Just as I put my “personal stamp” on these styles compositionally, I encourage you to put your “personal stamp” on them pianistically. Feel free to adjust tempos and dynamics (within reason) to suit your expressive needs and technical abilities. Most of all, enjoy!
