Daniel Elder
Daniel Elder earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of Georgia and his Master of Music from Westminster Choir College. His works are increasingly performed across the U.S. and abroad. Recent honors include winning the Abbey Road Studios 80th anniversary anthem competition in London and a commission by the 2011 Westminster Choral Festival in Princeton, NJ. Daniel has choral works published by GIA publications, and is featured in the 2012 TMEA All-State program. Instrumental works include music ranging from chamber ensembles to orchestra and concert band, and his woodwind quintet Due Miniature won the 2010 Arnold Salop memorial composition contest, sponsored by the Southeastern Composers League.
