Rebecca Mindock

Rebecca Mindock is Associate Professor of Music at the University of South Alabama, where she teaches Double Reeds and serves as the Music Literature Coordinator and the director of the Woodwind Ensembles program. She also serves as the principal oboist for both the Wyoming Symphony and the Gulf Coast Symphony, and plays English horn and oboe with the Mobile Symphony and the Pensacola Symphony. She teaches in the summer at the Rocky Ridge Music Center in Estes Park, Colorado. Dr. Mindock earned both her Masters of Music in Oboe Performance and her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Oboe Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado-Boulder and her Bachelors degrees in Music and English Literature from the College of William and Mary.
