Pete Deshler

Pete Deshler received a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from West Chester University in 1997 where he performed in the W.C.U. Concert Choir under the direction of both Dr. Donald Nally and Dr. David DeVenney.


Upon graduating, Pete took an assistant band director's position at Freedom High School, in Bethlehem, PA, until receiving a choral position at Easton Area High School in 1998. Pete earned his Master in Music Education from West Chester University in 2003, where he studied voice under Alan Wagner.


Since graduating Pete has performed with Lehigh Choral Arts, Twin Rivers Choral Society and is currently the director of the Jerusalem Singers, a Lehigh Valley community choir which he founded in 1996. Mr. Deshler has also been the director of the Western Salisbury Union Church Men's Choir, the Western Salisbury Union Church Summer Concert Series, and the assistant conductor of the Twin River Choral Society.
