"By My Side" is the premiere composition of new composer Michael McAndrew and will be a welcome addition to any choral library. The moving text by Erica Gerichten depicts an individual who has that "one special person" in his life. A person by his side to help him through good and bad throughout life. Even when that person isn't with him, they are still together in spirit and memory. Written for SATB and piano, with divisi at times.
