Edwards in 1991 in response to his minister’s request for a new song for the Easter Season. The lyrics are paraphrased from Luke 24: 36-53 and tell the story of how Jesus appeared in front of the disciples after His death and resurrection and brought hope back to the Christian movement. The Northwest Sacred Music Chorale and many church choirs have performed this SATB choral version.
